亞福網站企劃提案、與午後討論的樂齊服務的三個柱子


亞福網站的企劃這次完全用標題文案的方式來進行,獲得無比順暢的認同。
我下了一個主要的標題「鋁,是能源儲存的未來」。
其他單元都環繞在這個主要概念而產生,例如:透視儲能、鋁電池的開發溝通、徵人的求才項目。這些單元也都是用標題的方式來溝通。簡報中連一條 wireframe線都沒有畫出來,卻有大家能自行腦補畫面的效果。
文案先行,是一個新的模式,在亞福得到不錯的效果,之後的其他案子也可仿效進行。
午後,我們聚在竹北高鐵站旁的咖啡店討論。
起因是來自於誠品案第一次面對客戶的各說各話,Rian希望能有個共識建立。
漫談中發現,Boya因與生俱來的「品味嗅覺」而產生觀點;Daniel喜歡「拆解」與「研究」事務後面的結構,進而以放大、反轉特質來提出企劃;Rian喜歡以 coach或workshop方式進行專案,這在龍采也得到了客戶的高度認同。
B、D、R三個不同切入方式,姑且稱為「三個柱子」。如同數學上三點就能撐起一個面,在樂齊未來的服務,依此三個柱子來當作協助客戶發展品牌的服務構面。讓我們在其他案子也以這三個柱子來進行專案,成為樂齊獨到服務的起點。
基礎的一面形成了,也期待Cora、阿信有不同的柱子長出,更能強化服務構面的結構。
